A family tradition of green thumbs, a lifetime of passion, and professional expertise — now serving Port Perry, the Kawarthas, Scugog, and Durham Region.
I named this business after my great grandmothers — Greata Mae and Elizabeth (Lizzy) — who I am named after. They passed down the green thumb throughout the generations. I spent my childhood following grandma and Mom around the gardens and, as I got older, my chores around the house were never taking out the garbage or doing the dishes. Watering the hanging baskets and weeding the beds were always on my list.
I always took a great deal of pride in the compliments my mother received on her gardens. As I grew, so did they. As an adult, I worked professionally for a landscaping company and a garden centre in Haliburton County, where I gained extensive knowledge of plants, regions, and tweaked my skills along the way.
I have since branched out on my own and found great success in the Haliburton area. I have recently moved back to my hometown of Port Perry and am ready to take on new clients in this area. I am able to travel and willing to service anyone in the Kawarthas, Scugog, and some parts of the Durham Region as well.
